16 Aug Do I have to complete PAS-1 again?
Photo: pixabay.comQ. The last form I filled out was the 2024 PAS-1. I was talking to my cousin and she said there’s another form this year. I never received another form since the last one. Was another form sent out?
— Unsure
A. You will need to complete another form this year, but the state isn’t sending them out.
New PAS-1 forms are available online at nj.gov/treasury/taxation/propertyreliefforms.shtml.
Some people will have their ANCHOR benefits filed automatically for them — the state mailed the letters last week. But if you’re over 65, the PAS-1 form is the one you need, and for now, people have to complete them every year.
The deadline is Nov. 2. But why wait? The sooner you complete the form, the sooner you’ll get your money.
