12 Dec When will I get my ANCHOR payment?

Q. When will I get my ANCHOR payment? I can’t get through on the phone. The website says it’s processing, but that hasn’t changed since September.

A. We’ve heard from hundreds of people over the past few months asking the same question.

The state is sending out more payments every week. We’re willing to bet that most of those who haven’t received their benefit yet have some kind of problems with their application.

But that doesn’t mean you’ll lose the money.

You said you’ve tried calling the ANCHOR hotline, which is (888) 238-1233 or (609) 826-4282.

If you can’t get through, you can get help in person at a regional help center.

Appointments are not required, but you can make one on the state website.
