A Nutley couple ordered a new range top and wall oven from Home Depot. The appliances installed by a third-party company hired by Home Depot, but there was a problem with the hook-up – there could have been a gas explosion, PSE&G said. Plus, the installers charged extra fees to the homeowners for the installation that was already paid for.
