23 Mar Jersey still pays the highest car insurance of any state

Here we go again, New Jersey.

We’ve topped the list of states that pay the highest car insurance rates in the nation.

NJ.com reports that New Jersey drivers paid an average of $1,220 in 2012, the newest figures available, according to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

That’s our third year in a row at the top. Blech.
