Fire victim gets conned twice

After a woman’s home was damaged in a fire, she hired a contractor who stole nearly $30,000 without doing any work. While that contractor was charged with theft by deception, the homeowner hired a second contractor. The second guy has barely done any work and won’t return her calls.
